“I had no opportunity to attend any School or College during my early life. This only strengthened my determination to study intensely. As I grew, I had this single-minded desire to offer youngsters a platform to pursue basic education. During my 55 years of service as a teacher, I realized how dependent our future generations are on education for their success. It is my firm belief that the two essential factors that enrich our lives are Education and Health, and I endeavor to provide both through MNR Educational Trust with the help of my dedicated team.”

Being the Vice-Chairman of the Trust brought tremendous responsibilities on his young shoulders. He has imbibed the legacy of Sri M. N. Raju and is working for the holistic development of MNR Educational Trust. Being young has not deterred him but with his positive mindset and optimistic outlook took this enormous challenge passionately.

He picked up the baton cheerfully, combined with his dynamic leadership qualities and sheer intelligence, and with the support of his dedicated staff, moved forward steering and accelerating the growth of the trust and made MNR a household name in the education sector and thus became a successful leader.

High-Technology with Artificial Intelligence, Augmented, Virtual, and Mixed Reality are dominating the World. Sri Ravi Varma who is also tech-savvy knows how technology shapes students and the future of the Trust, wasting no time he incorporated technology and systems to be an integral part of the Trust, and thus took the initiative and paved the way in shaping students and the trust’s future.

He is redefining the etiquette of quality education with an indomitable team spirit. For students, he is a peacemaker with the hallmarked practice of the teaching and learning process, and for his dedicated team, he is a mentor who leads by example. He oversees the welfare and promotion of trust with his optimistic and pragmatic growth approach. He is an authentic and cognizant leader known for his innovative and exemplary skills.

MNR Educational Trust for the past 5 decades has established several institutions in various fields. Along the line, it has recognized that an advisory board is crucial for the growth and success of the Trust. The Trust’s Advisory board is well composed and structured and often gave valuable and high-quality advice in crucial junctions. It has indeed enhanced and helped in steering and contributing to the success of the Trust.

An Advisory board is a representative group of intellectuals whose primary purpose is to assist educators in establishing, operating, and evaluating programs that help, serve, and fulfill the requirements of students, business, and industry. It also provides advice and expertise about high-technological changes in the particular field.

An Advisory board is a body that provides non-binding strategic advice to a corporation, foundation, or Trust. It gives assistance and advice in various fields like marketing, managing human resources, and functioning, etc. MNR Trust has always taken the advisory board’s thoughtful advice seriously and also implement’s because it cares for student’s future, their career growth, and also the Trust’s future.

The Trust’s Advisory board is comprised of members who are skilled in the Education, and Medical sectors, and who are Software, and financial experts, and Risk analytics. All the Advisory board meetings are presided by Chairman Sri M. N. Raju and Vice-Chairman Sri Ravi Varma Mantena.
